Functions

The  Administration  Department  is  responsible  for handling  matters  related  to  the  appointment,  promotion,  transfer, retirement, leave  and  training  of  teachers  and  office  staff  Additionally, it  oversees  scholarship  programs, Memoranda  of  Understanding  (MOUs), project  Management, housing  allocations, updating  personal  records, sanitation, security, and  the  Implementation  of  directives  and  guidelines  issued  by  the  supervisory  authority.

The Finance Department is tasked with collecting tuition and accommodation Fees from students and depositing them into the relevant departmental accounts. If also manages the disbursement of salaries, bonuses, travel allowances, and educational grants for teachers and staff, as well as departmental operational expenses. Furthermore, the department verifies students’ registration statuses to check for outstanding payments. Additionally it procures necessary materials for day and distance education examinations, as well as supplies required by teaching and office departments. A key function is the preparation of annual financial statements detailing revenues and expenditures, along with the maintenance of departmental financial records.
