The\u00a0 Administration\u00a0 Department\u00a0 is\u00a0 responsible\u00a0 for handling\u00a0 matters\u00a0 related\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 appointment,\u00a0 promotion,\u00a0 transfer, retirement, leave\u00a0 and\u00a0 training\u00a0 of\u00a0 teachers\u00a0 and\u00a0 office\u00a0 staff\u00a0 Additionally, it\u00a0 oversees\u00a0 scholarship\u00a0 programs, Memoranda\u00a0 of\u00a0 Understanding\u00a0 (MOUs), project\u00a0 Management, housing\u00a0 allocations, updating\u00a0 personal\u00a0 records, sanitation, security, and\u00a0 the\u00a0 Implementation\u00a0 of\u00a0 directives\u00a0 and\u00a0 guidelines\u00a0 issued\u00a0 by\u00a0 the\u00a0 supervisory\u00a0 authority.<\/p>\n

The Finance Department is tasked with collecting tuition and accommodation Fees from students and depositing them into the relevant departmental accounts. If also manages the disbursement of salaries, bonuses, travel allowances, and educational grants for teachers and staff, as well as departmental operational expenses. Furthermore, the department verifies students\u2019 registration statuses to check for outstanding payments. Additionally it procures necessary materials for day and distance education examinations, as well as supplies required by teaching and office departments. A key function is the preparation of annual financial statements detailing revenues and expenditures, along with the maintenance of departmental financial records.<\/p>\n
