Functions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Department of Academic Affairs of East Yangon University was formed with Student Affairs branch, Examinations and Convocation branch, Distance Education branch, Library branch, and Computer section. The functions of the Department of Academic Affairs are as follows<\/p>\n

  • Announcing of student admissions, and accepting of student registration<\/li>\n
  • carrying out student scholarships, student hostel accommodation, student withdrawals, and student transfers.<\/li>\n
  • Issuing of student ID cards, university registration numbers, and student roll numbers<\/li>\n
  • Organizing sports competitions and sports activities for students.<\/li>\n
  • Holding examinations and announcing examination results.<\/li>\n
  • Issuing examination transcripts, academic certificates, and bachelor certificates for students.<\/li>\n
  • Holding convocation ceremonies to award degrees for students.<\/li>\n
  • Providing book and publication rental services for students and staff.<\/li>\n
  • Computer typing for office documents of administrative departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
